My oldest daughter who is with Youth with a Mission (YWAM) is Edinburgh Scotland, and has worked in the mission field for 3 plus years, has met a young Christian man there and they have become engaged to be married. I want to give them the very best. And I hope you decide to help. If nothing else please pray for her marriage during this blessed time.

Elaina was called to mission work early in her life, attending a Christian high school and a Christian college. We have always been invloved in planting new churches and she caught the bug too. In 1998 we went on a trip to Juarez, Mexico with the Kings Kids of Youth with a Mission for a week after Christmas. It was an amazing experience for all of us. We saw such poverty and faith in the middle of all of it! Yay God!

Part of her call to the field was an Ops Year in Edinburgh that was a music and performance based ministry opportunity. She helped present the Gospel through music and performance at the Shine Festival.

Her call continued with a 2 year committment to work on the staff with YWAM in Edinburgh. Throughout these 3 years, she has supported herself with her faith, your prayers, and your contributions. Yay God!

In the last few months she has been attending a new church and met a young man named Stewart and the sparks flew. They continued to meet and prayed and they both got the same word that they are meant to be a couple! So they have become engaged to be married in May of 2006, in Scotland!
